woe is me

the oilers traded ryan smyth today. i'm so so so sad. i think i would prefer that they trade joffrey lupul over smyth. ryan was the blood and guts of the team, not very flashy and kind of a funny skater, but he got the job done. who else is going to create traffic in front of the net and tip shots in and piss off the goalies?! who else?! no one. sadness.

yesterday, i was complaining about tim horton's watery hot chocolate. today, the oilers are torn apart. i hope tomorrow is a better day.
