vanessa made a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake for kris' mom for some culinary healing, and made one for us while she was at it because she is the nicest person ever.

vanessa, we think you should open up your own dessert cafe on roncesvalles. granted, you will have some competition from "queen of tarts," but we think you can take the queen. kris wants you to name your shop, "queen of farts" for an edgier kind of dessert place, or you could just call it butterfly.
