surrounded by idiots, part iv

remember the idiot featured in "surrounded by idiots, part i"? the person who kept running OVER the stop sign?

at the end of the ramp that we live on, there's a sign telling motorists to stay to the left of the median. at least, there was a sign. someone ran over it. i'm having difficulty understanding why people are finding it impossible to stay on the road when driving and why they must run over street signs while doing so. it's not like these streets are extra narrow or anything! and wouldn't that dent/scratch/damage your car?

i will never understand.
