meet me in...seattle?

kris is in seattle this week on a business trip...which leaves me home alone until friday. this is the longest that we will have been apart since our wedding - and now that i think about it, it may be the longest we've been apart since 2003!

i haven't realized how much i've become dependent on having someone home with me...the nights darker, the house quieter and definitely the strangers at the grocery store shadier. at least i have scout. one thing i have noticed is that it appears she only cuddles with me when kris is here - since he has been gone, she hasn't cuddled with me once, probably because she can have half the bed to herself. bitch.

on the bright side, maybe kris will spot my friends from seattle grace! even though their studio is in LA, maybe they're shooting in seattle this week! and maybe he'll bring my presents! sigh, if only he read my blog he would see the blatant hint and bring me presents...
