this is an excerpt from an urgent letter we received the other day:
"RE: SERIOUS CONCERN REGARDING ITEMS OFF BALCONIES
dear owner(s)/resident(s):
it has been brought to management's attention that a resident(s) is dropping items over their balcony(ies) onto the fourth floor...to date, items such as frying pans (??), glass lids, dog feces (!!!), cigarette butts, beer cans and bottles, etc. have landed on the fourth floor and continue to do so."
